Junk Removal

Full Junk Removal

In this case, we gather, load, and remove all the junk from the property without sorting (excluding hazardous waste such as asbestos). These need to be indicated in advance.

Our shared goal here is that if the property is being prepared for renovation, after our work is done, only the renovation specialists need to arrive. However, if the property is being put up for sale, a thorough clearance has been proven to increase and guarantee the property’s value.

Partial Clearance

This usually involves garages, attics, sheds, and outdoor areas, or situations where the kitchen furniture has been replaced, the property has been renovated, or simply there is no longer space to store the junk, and the local junk removal day is far off. The pricing for this service is based on the amount of junk to be removed.

Estate Clearance

The process of estate clearance is similar to a standard house clearance, but with some key differences. Typically, one or more heirs commission us for this work. The house is usually untouched or only partially sorted. Unlike standard junk removal, we work in collaboration with the future owners, which doesn’t mean we hand them gloves and bags, but rather that we strive to find and return any memories or valuables to the heirs.

This task requires much more thorough work compared to the traditional grab-and-go method. It’s common for clients to request that we sort through items, which we consider to be completely natural and understandable. The clients are often actively involved in this process!

Junk Transport

In junk transport, we don’t perform a full clearance, as that’s not what the clients require. There is a fixed amount of junk designated for removal, which we then transport from the site. This can be done with the client loading the items if they prefer, but our team is also available to handle the loading.

Interior Dismantling

Interior dismantling refers to fixtures and installations that cannot be removed using ordinary household tools, such as kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes, etc.

Depending on the needs and possibilities, we can combine this work with junk transport, or if you plan to sell the dismantled kitchen units, we can carefully disassemble them (if feasible) to keep them intact.

Touch-Up Painting in White

After degreasing and cleaning the dirty walls, we apply a single coat of pure white paint, which is often requested before re-letting a rental property or selling a property. Upon request, we can also perform minor patching work before painting to achieve a smooth, clean finish.
